Last week, we participated in the International Conference on Process Mining in Rome. Not to our surprise, quite a lot of time was dedicated to AI and LLMs. Although we firmly believe it may add quite a lot of value (and we offer AI-related features from the day we launched), we see a lot of companies and processes that consequently benefit from basic steps like visualizing the actual process flow, measuring duration and volume of activities, or being able to spot the bottlenecks.

That's why we so much enjoyed the industry track, where a lot of time was dedicated to non-technical aspects that are often the most challenging steps to implementing otherwise straightforward solutions.
